General Conditions of Sale (GCS)
Preamble
These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter "GTC") govern the contractual relations between the company Sunufruits Ltd (hereinafter "the Seller") and any natural or legal person making a purchase on the website [ www.sunufruits.com ] (hereinafter "the Customer").
Any order placed on the site implies the Customer's unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. These conditions prevail over any other document.
